Add and manage document versions

Purpose and scope
Cooperlink supports stacking versions of the same file. The app allows you to access earlier versions.
For Cooperlink licensees, only the latest version of the document is available on your tools.
This article describes how to add a new version of a document.
Prerequisite
You must have editing rights in the relevant folder.
Procedure
Using the Upload Manager
If you file a new document via the upload manager, it guides you through the upload of a new version of a document. Adapt any fields (for example, the index).

When sharing (license only)
When Cooperlink detects a new version of a document, it reports it via a set of indicators. Adapt any fields and then share your document. Cooperlink will create a new version.

Version history
Select the document and access its version history using the toolbar or options menu.
