On-demand deliverable archive
Whether for a permit application, for a call for tenders or to create the as-built file, Cooperlink's Export Deliverable tool allows you to create a tailor-made ZIP archive. The tool allows you:
- To assemble PDF documents (source document, cover, comments sheet and response annexes)
- To rename the documents according to a naming convention different from that of the project
- To create a list of exported documents
- To define the folder structure in the archive
On-the-fly deliverable (eg. documents good for execution)
If you want to create a deliverable directly as soon as a document is approved, for example, Cooperlink proposes automation blocks. The latter is configurable and can constitute a deliverable at any time of a workflow or on the basis of events. The delivered document can then be saved in a separate folder in your workspace.
