Forgot your password

This article applies to BOOST EMPOWER GUEST (free) licenses

Can't remember your password? Here is the procedure to follow.

1. Browse to Cooperlink

Can't remember the address to access Cooperlink? A welcome email was sent to you when you created your account. You will find the address to use in this email.

2. Request a new password

On the login page, click Forgot Password

3. Enter your username

Enter your username and click Reset.

ATTENTION, the username is the one you chose when creating your account. Often it is your email address me@mycompany.com, or a username of type firstname.name.

The system then confirms the operation

4. Reset password

Cooperlink has sent you an email inviting you to reset your password. Click Reset my password or copy and paste the link mentioned in the email.

Then create your new password and confirm it.
Congratulations you have access to Cooperlink again.
