    Link your corporate DMS with the Cooperlink workspace (share and/or archive)

    With this link, end-users benefit from a 2-way link between the Cooperlink workspace and their Document Management System (DMS).

    • You share documents without reencoding them
    • You always have access to the latest document version whatever the tool they use
    • You always have a real-time archive of the shared documents

    The BOOST option is available with the following connectors: Fileserver, Sharepoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud.

    Map your DMS with Cooperlink

    Map the folders of your DMS (Document Management System) that you want to share with your partners. The mapped folders are protected with access rights set up in the workspace (see Documents sharing and control (ISO19650 SHARE) for more information).

    Set sharing rules. In a manual-led space, any internal file modification is detected and communicated by Cooperlink but you have control over the sharing. In automatic mode, Cooperlink takes care of sharing each new revision as soon as it is available.

    Unified (centralized) access to different document sources

    Bring together multiple data sources (unified workplace) in a single space. The user therefore accesses the tools of his company directly and they benefit from the collaborative features of Cooperlink (tasks, comments, file editors, ...).

    Quick share from your DMS

    Leverage the quick share feature of Cooperlink (see Visitors portal) directly from your DMS (Documents Management System).
