Invite / remove partners from a workspace

Purpose and scope

Invite partners to collaborate within your workspace. This article guides you through adding or removing partners from your workspace.

Prerequisite

You must have project manager or administrator rights.

Invite partners

The contact has already been created

Using the menu on your left, click on Partners. Select the partner contact by clicking Find or select a partner.

The contact does not yet exist

Note: You can also create partners from the app settings. See Gérer des partenaires invités à partir des paramètres de l'application (expert).

The Create New Contact button allows you to add and invite a partner contact directly without going through the app settings.

• Choose an existing company or create a new one by typing its name.
• Fill out the contact person form
• In case of new partners, the domain name is automatically filled in when you enter the email address of your contact

Set partner access rights

When custom access rights are active, you are prompted to assign or verify partner access rights.

Remove a partner

Remove a contact from a guest partner

Select the guest partner's contact and click the icon  to remove access.

Remove a partner (company)

Select the partner company and click the icon  to remove the partner from that workspace.
