ISO19650 - Organization and digitization of information about buildings and civil engineering works
Cooperlink supports the standardization of exchanges and structuring of information, particularly within the framework of the ISO 19650 standard.
Common Data Environment (CDE)
Cooperlink is, within the meaning of the ISO19650 standard, a common data environment comprising the following modules:
- DMS (document management system): document and correspondence management
- WMS (workflow management system): workflows and automation
From 2024:
- MMS (model management system): management of BIM models
- IMS (issue management system): coordination and feedback
- AMS (asset management system): management of built assets
Document life cycle
Cooperlink allows you to respect the different stages of the document cycle.
- WIP (work in progress): the management of internal documentation is carried out on internal tools of the company, linked to Cooperlink. Versioning is done on internal tools. Cooperlink also has a private (internal) workspace.
- SHARE: documents shared with partners are, depending on the configuration applied, derived from internal tools of the company. The transfer from WIP to SHARE is therefore a very easy operation. Cooperlink also ensures the immutability and traceability of the documents exchanged. Cooperlink supports versioning of shared versions.
- PUBLISH: the issuance and formalization of documents is guaranteed by the Workflows module which allows the creation of approval flows, the generation of coversheets and document registers.
- ARCHIVE: finally, the archiving of documents is carried out automatically in the company's tools. The project can also choose to produce documents that are good for execution thanks to Cooperlink's automation.
Note that shadow storage automatically managed by Cooperlink ensures the immutability of shared and/or delivered versions.
Naming file names
Cooperlink provides a module for configuring file naming syntax. The name is tailor-made and it makes it possible to respect all national conventions in terms of file name names (UK Annex 2, openDMS, ...).
