Your organization has chosen Cooperlink to collaborate with your external partners. It has assigned you a BOOST or EMPOWER  license, which allows you to access all the features and benefit from integration with your enterprise tools.

Your first steps

  1. To access the project space to which you were invited, click on the corresponding tile or name
  2. Access your emails directly from Cooperlink (requires BOOST Emails  license)
  3. Have you been mentioned in discussion threads? The notification box  informs you of this.
  4. To be kept informed of all the activity on Cooperlink ,click on the inboxat the top right. You are also informed as real via overprint notifications.
  5. Do you have any questions? Call on Tom or  Lee. They are not robots! Behind it is our entire customer success team that will be at your service.

For licensees, given the link with your (internal) enterprise tools and to ensure the uniqueness of information in your organization, Cooperlink offers a three-tier structure:

  1. The site (tenant) corresponds to your organization
  2. The project is a collaborative space dedicated to exclusively internal use
  3. The workspace is a shared collaborative space, part of a project

The top bar allows you, in the form of a breadcrumb trail, to inform you of your position in the application.

To navigate the application, you have at your disposal

  1. On the top level, the Spaces button, the project and work spaces buttons, and the search bar
    Lost? At any time, you can use your organization's logo in the upper left corner to return to the main screen.
  2. The contextual menu on your left allows you to access the general modules or modules of the current space. This menu adapts according to your position in the application.
