Technical Information and Registration Procedures

This article describes the information needed to configure Cooperlink's connectors to third-party software as well as any pre-registration procedures.

Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Exchange)

Information to be collected:

  • The sharepoint tenant URL https://<tenant-name>.sharepoint.com
  • Site(s)
  • Library(s)

To sign in to Microsoft 365, you need to go through a registration process.

Connecting to Sharepoint requires a system user with the appropriate rights to the relevant libraries.

Autodesk Construction Cloud

Information to be collected:

  • Account ID

The account ID can be collected via the following procedure: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Where-to-find-the-Autodesk-Construction-Cloud-Account-ID.html 

Connection to Autodesk ACC requires a system user with the appropriate rights to the relevant projects.

Fileserver (SMB)

Information to be collected:

  • IP, URL, or netbios path (e.g. \\192.168.0.10\sharefiles or \\myserver.mycompany.com\sharefiles)
  • Authentication protocol
  • User Domain Name

Connecting to the fileserver requires a system user with the appropriate rights to the relevant folders.

IMAP Mail Server

Information to be collected:

  • IMAP server URL + Port
  • SMTP server URL + Port

Aconex

Information to be collected:

  • Tenant URL
  • Project Reference (ID)
  • A key API

The key API is provided by Aconex by simple request using the https://help.aconex.com/DisplayContent/request-an-integration-id-or-oauth-client link

Logging in to Aconex requires a system user with the appropriate rights to the relevant projects.

Letsbuild

Information to be collected:

  • URL
  • Tenant ID
