Purpose and scope
To give your partners direct access to a shared item in the workspace they have access to, Cooperlink offers a shareable link feature. This link applies to:
- Documents and folders
- Tasks
- Workflows
- Notes
Prerequisite
The shareable link is only available in the case of items shared in a workspace!
Note that
The URL that is visible in your browser differs for each partner company. You can therefore use this address to communicate with your colleagues (i.e. from the same organization). However, this URL is inaccessible to your partners. The shareable link creates a unique link for everyone.
Copy link
Select the object you want. Click Copy Link on the toolbar or on the options menu.
Copy the link and use it with your partners, by instant messaging, by e-mail, ...
