Your first visit (guest partner)

Your Cooperlink host has invited you to collaborate. It has assigned you a GUEST (free) license that allows you to access a completely free web application.

Your first steps

1. To access theworkspace to which you were invited, click on the corresponding tile
2. To be kept informed of all the activity on Cooperlink, click on the inbox at the top right. You are also informed as real via toast notifications.
3. Have you been mentioned in threads? The notification box informs you of this.
4. Do you have any questions? Call on Tom or Lee. They are not robots! Behind it is our entire customer success team that will be at your service.

Navigation

Cooperlink offers a structure in 2 levels:

• organization: includes all the spaces in your organization
• spaces: space to which you have been invited

The top bar allows you, in the form of a breadcrumb, to inform you of your position in the application.

To navigate the application, you have at your disposal

1. On the top level, the Spaces button, the button relative to the current space, and the search bar
   Lost? At any time, you can use your organization's logo in the upper left corner to return to the main screen.
2. The contextual menu on your left allows you to access the general modules or modules of the current space. This menu adapts according to your position in the application.
