Activities inbox (notifications)

Purpose and scope

The inbox is a central part of the Cooperlink app. It allows users and partners to view the activity of their project spaces and workspaces. This article explains how to use the inbox.

Using the Inbox

To access inbox activities, 

• Select the date and type of activities
• Select the desired activity to view the detailed information in the drawer

Then

• Click on the name of the activity to open it in full screen
• For documents, click the directory name to locate the file
• Click on the name of the workspace to access it directly

Mark as read/unread and delete

Invidual activity

Select the activities and click on the corresponding icons in the toolbar. Quick actions are also available on the type of activity.

Several activities

Select multiple activities using the check box or using the SHIFT + Click combinations. Then apply the desired action.
