Check that the files/folders have been published

This article applies to BOOST EMPOWER licenses

Purpose of the article

This article applies if you encounter any of the following problems:

• Some files and/or folders have been added to my workspace but they have not been published to my partners.

Identification

The publication indicator is completed with an exclamation mark surrounded by a circle with a solid background.

This means that one or more internal elements have not been published. The indicator allows you to locate the documents and folders concerned quickly.

Solution

Tip: First of all, check the different cases identified beforehand by browsing the directories following the aforementioned indicator.

It is necessary to force Cooperlink to republish documents and folders. Select one or more directories and press on Share in the toolbar.

A process called JOB is launched and will make sure to update unpublished files. You can follow the progress of this publication

• Either in the publish window
• Either by clicking on the Job Manager in the top bar of Cooperlink
