Purpose and scope

When you add users to a workspace, you must assign it a role: manager, contributor, guest. This role determines the permissions granted.

The workspace is managed by its owner even when there are multiple licensees.

Partners acquire rights according to their type of license. 

This article details the permissions associated with each role.
