Supported file formats

By default, Cooperlink accepts any type of file except files that risk compromising security (e.g. .exe, .vb, .js, ...). The list of authorized files is adaptable per client.

Embedded viewers

Cooperlink has viewers for the most common document formats:

  • PDF files
  • Office files (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Image files
  • CAD/BIM (DWG, IFC, RVT, ...)
  • External viewers. Some viewers are available as 3rd party in Cooperlink (eg. Autodesk Forge). These last may require a separate licence.

Online file editing

Cooperlink offers a powerful PDF editor including annotation, measurements, rotations, moves, additions and deletions of pages, ...

Office Editors

Microsoft's online editors allow you to edit your Word, Excel, and Powerpointfiles. They also allow you to work together on the same office document hosted on your tools.

Windows Explorer access

Via Integration (BOOST)

For customers with BOOST option, they can access and edit their files directly from the source (eg. Sharepoint, Fileserver, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ...).

WebDAV protocol

The webdav protocol allows the user to manage documents in their project and workspace spaces via Windows Explorer and open files directly in local applications.
